I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. I made a reservation that was prepaid, but when I arrived, I was informed that the hotel was full. The staff was rude and unhelpful, dealing with clients in a very impolite manner. It's clear there’s poor management regarding reservations here. I would not recommend this place if you want reliable service.

My experience with this hotel was frustrating. I had made a reservation through a booking site and even prepaid, only to receive a rude email notifying me that the hotel was fully booked. The management showed no willingness to help, which left me feeling very disappointed. If you're looking for a reliable place to stay with good management, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
